A � 3 together with the posting officer's return and the newspaper certificate of <br />publication. <br />Section 9. The pay of the judges and clerks of said election is hereby <br />authorized and established as follows: $6.00 per hour for each judge and clerk; the <br />election judge who delivers the returns of said election immediately after the votes <br />have been counted to the proper office shall be paid an additional sum of $25.00 for <br />that service, provided also, he shall make return of all election supplies not used <br />when he makes returns of such election. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Paris in regular <br />meeting, at the City Hall of said City, on this l2th day of February, 1996. <br />Eric S. K..Hayn , City Attorney <br />Resolution No. 96 -010, resolving that the regular Thursday meeting <br />scheduled for March 7, 1996, be, and the same is hereby consolidated <br />with the Monday, March 11, 1996 meeting to be held at 6:00 P. M. and <br />that a copy of the resolution be placed on the City Hall Bulletin Board <br />giving notice of the rescheduling of the regular Thursday November <br />Council meeting, and that the news media be informed of the rescheduled <br />date in the same manner they are informed of emergency City Council <br />meetings, was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Hunt, <br />seconded by Councilman Jenkins for approval of the resolution. The <br />motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
