RESOLUTION NO. 96 -010 <br />WHEREAS, there is scheduled staff training for March 6 -8, 1996, which conflicts <br />with the March 7, 1996, Regular City Council meeting; and, <br />WHEREAS, it would be appropriate for the Regular Thursday Council meeting <br />which would normally be scheduled for the Thursday following the first Monday of the <br />month, which would be March 7, 1996, to be consolidated with the regular Monday <br />meeting which is scheduled for March 11, 1996; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that <br />the regular Thursday meeting scheduled for March 7, 1996, be, and the same is hereby, <br />consolidated with the Monday, March 11, 1996, meeting to be held at 6:00 o'clock P.M.; <br />and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be placed on the <br />City flail Bulletin Board giving notice of the rescheduling of the regular Thursday <br />November Council meeting, and that the news media be informed of the rescheduled date <br />in the same manner they are informed of emergency City Council meetings. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of February, 1996. <br />Eric S. lifford, Mayo <br />ATTEST: <br />Mattie Cunningham, City Clerk <br />APPROVED AWTO FORM: <br />.
