80.5 <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />COUNTY OF <br />BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, on this day personally appeared BILLY W. <br />WINTERS and DONNA J. WINTERS, known to me to be the persons whose names are <br />subscribed to the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged to me that they executed the same for <br />the purposes and consideration therein expressed. <br />1996. <br />GIVEN UNDER MY HAND AND SEAL OF OFFICE this the day of February, <br />Notary Public, State of California <br />Resolution No. 96 -013, resolving that the City of Paris policy be, and <br />the same is hereby amended to allow for the closing or use of any <br />street in connection with a special event upon approval of detailed <br />plans by the Special Events Committee, and that the Special Events <br />Committee consisting of the City Manager, City Attorney, City Engineer, <br />Chief of Police, Fire Chief, Director of Community Facilities and the <br />Director of the Paris -Lamar County Health Department, and the same is <br />hereby created for the purpose of reviewing and approving applications <br />and plans from any group or person requesting the closing or use of any <br />street in connection with a special event, was presented. A motion was <br />made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman Neeley for approval of <br />the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
