Resolution No. 96 -015, authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City <br />of Paris, Eric S. Clifford to execute Change Order No. Two of the Water <br />Treatment Plant Expansion ..92WSRB03 -92 Project contract is hereby' <br />amended providing for a net increase in contract price of $32,288.38 <br />for the purpose of making modifications to electrical ductbank at North <br />Chemical Building; the addition to exterior lighting on west side of <br />existing Filter Building; making modifications to the painting of <br />various existing concrete structures; making modifications to the <br />painting to various new concrete structures; making modifications to <br />the Transfer Pumps Power Supply wiring; and making modifications to the <br />transfer pumps RTD's and Space Heating Wiring, for a total of <br />$4,845,842.06, was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Neeley <br />for approval of the resolution. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Jenkins and carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
