$44 <br />•W <br />After discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Jenkins, seconded by <br />Councilman Boyd to award the bid for employee insurance to Texas <br />Municipal League. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays,. <br />City Manager Malone called for bid tabulation for furnishing and <br />delivery of four (4) hand held Pulse Oximeters, and the following bids <br />were presented: <br />Armstrong Medical Industries, Inc. $2,740.00 <br />Pro Med Inc. $2,848.94 <br />Moore Medical Corporation, Inc. $3,451.28 <br />B.C.I. International $3,532.00 <br />A motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman Boyd to <br />award the bid to the low bidder, Armstrong Medical Industries, Inc. in <br />the amount of $2,740.00. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 96 -020, approving Addendum Number One to contract dated <br />October 2, 1995 with the Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County, Inc. to <br />maintain the Visitors & Convention Council for the purpose of managing <br />the Municipal Hotel Occupancy Tax Fund to promote tourism and the <br />convention and hotel industry in the City of Paris, was presented. A <br />motion was made by Councilman Fulbright, seconded by Councilman Jenkins <br />for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
