/0 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 -002 <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of George Crane, Jerome Chapman, F. T. Pratt, Jr. <br />and Chip Harper, as members of the Electrical Board of the City of Paris, will expire on <br />December 31, 1995; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, does hereby recommend <br />the reappointment of Chip Harper as General Building Contractor and Jerome Chapman as <br />Registered Journeyman Electrician and the appointment of Bryan Hargis as Licensed Electrical <br />Contractor, and Bobby Smallwood as Owner of Real Property for terms of two (2) years, <br />beginning January 1, 1996, and ending December 31, 1997; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that <br />Chip Harper as General Building Contractor and Jerome Chapman as Registered Journeyman <br />Electrician be, and they are hereby, reappointed and that Bryan Hargis as Licensed Electrical <br />Contractor, and Bobby Smallwood as Owner of Real Property be, and they are hereby, <br />appointed to serve as members of the Electrical Board of the City of Paris for terms of two (2) <br />years, beginning January 1, 1996, and ending December 31, 1997. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of January, 1996. <br />Eric S. Meyers to serve the <br />unexpired term of Millie McDonald as a member of the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, was presented. A motion was <br />made by Councilman Neeley, seconded by Councilman Bell for approval of <br />the resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
