/0 RESOLUTION NO. 96 -002 WHEREAS, the terms of office of George Crane, Jerome Chapman, F. T. Pratt, Jr. and Chip Harper, as members of the Electrical Board of the City of Paris, will expire on December 31, 1995; and, WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, does hereby recommend the reappointment of Chip Harper as General Building Contractor and Jerome Chapman as Registered Journeyman Electrician and the appointment of Bryan Hargis as Licensed Electrical Contractor, and Bobby Smallwood as Owner of Real Property for terms of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 1996, and ending December 31, 1997; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that Chip Harper as General Building Contractor and Jerome Chapman as Registered Journeyman Electrician be, and they are hereby, reappointed and that Bryan Hargis as Licensed Electrical Contractor, and Bobby Smallwood as Owner of Real Property be, and they are hereby, appointed to serve as members of the Electrical Board of the City of Paris for terms of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 1996, and ending December 31, 1997. A motion was made by Councilman Neeley, seconded by Councilman Bell for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays.
