<br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 -001
<br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Richard Hunt, Chip Harper, Michael R. Rhodes,
<br />Buddy Heuberger, George Crane, William Cupit and Sims Norment, as members of the Building
<br />Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on December 31, 1995; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, does hereby recommend
<br />the reappointment of Buddy Heuberger as Plumber and William Cupit as Realtor and the
<br />appointment of Bill Davidson as Home Builder for terms of two (2) years, beginning January
<br />1, 1996, and ending December 31, 1997, and the reappointment of Chip Harper as Commercial
<br />Builder and Sims Norment as Insurance Agent and the appointment of Bobby Floyd as
<br />Developer and Bryan Hargis as Electrician for terms of four (4) years, beginning January. 1,
<br />1996, and ending December 31, 1999; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
<br />Buddy Neuberger as Plumber and William Cupit as Realtor be, and they are hereby, reappointed
<br />and that Bill Davidson as Home Builder be, and he is hereby, appointed to serve as members
<br />of the Building Commission of the City of Paris for terms of two (2) years, beginning January
<br />1, 1996, and ending December 31, 1997; and,
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Chip Harper as Commercial Builder and Sims
<br />Norment as Insurance Agent be, and they are hereby, reappointed and that Bobby Floyd as
<br />Developer and Bryan Hargis as Electrician be, and they are hereby, appointed to serve as
<br />members of the Building Commission of the City of Paris for terms of four (4) years, beginning
<br />January 1, 1996, and ending December 31, 1999.
<br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of January, 1996.

<br />Resolution No. 96 -002, reappointing Chip Harper as General Building
<br />Contractor, and Jerome Chapman as Registered Journeyman Electrician,
<br />be, and they are hereby reappointed and that Bryan Hargis as Licensed
<br />Electrical Contractor, Bobby Smallwood as Owner and Real Property be,
<br />and they are hereby appointed to serve as members of the Electrical
<br />Board of the City of Paris for a term of two years, beginning January
<br />1, 1996, was presented by City Attorney Haynes. A motion was made by
<br />Councilman Hunt, seconded by Councilman Fulbright for approval of the
<br />resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays.
