Police Chief, Karl Louis, came forward telling the Council that Video <br />Cam System is where we turn on the red light will automatically come <br />on, and one of the problems we have had is when, and when not to turn <br />it on, it had an audio on it anyway, and all that does, the one that we <br />specified and would like to have it if it was available, and it is <br />available but it is an increased cost. <br />After further discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Bell, <br />seconded by Councilman Fulbright to reject all bids for the police <br />vehicle video systems. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />City Manager Malone called for the tabulations of bids for furnishing <br />and delivery of an advance life support training manikin for the Paris <br />Emergency Medical Services Department, and the following bids were <br />presented: <br />Emergency Medical Products $4,071.15 <br />Medical Plasics Laboratory, Inc. $5,402.67 <br />Emergency Medical Supply, Inc. $9,358.65 <br />A motion was made by Councilman Hunt, seconded by Councilman Bell to <br />award the bids to the low bidder, Emergency Medical Products, in the <br />amount of $4,071.15. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 96 -001, reappointing Buddy Heuberger as Plumber and <br />William Cupit as Realtor, Bill Davidson as Home Builder, and appointing <br />Chip Harper as Commercial Builder, and Sims Norment as Insurance Agent, <br />and reappointing Bobby Floyd as Developer and Bryan Hargis as <br />Electrician to serve as members of the Building Commission of the City <br />of Paris for a term of four years beginning January 1, 1996, was <br />presented by City Attorney Haynes. A motion was made by Councilman <br />Fulbright, seconded by Councilman Neeley for approval of the <br />resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
