Rent a tub grinder and loader to reduce the <br />demolition waste by fifty -five percent (550). <br />3. Haul the remains to the landfill. <br />4. We expect to reduce the number of yards from 6,912 <br />to 3,162 or a fifty -five percent (55 %) reduction <br />before hauling to landfill. - <br />Tt would cost us $34,560.00 to haul the dilapidated houses to <br />landfill and $54,051.84 to put in landfill by tipping charges <br />if we did not use the tub grinder. The total costs would be <br />$88,611.84. <br />By using the tub grinder on the twenty -four (24) houses, we <br />can grind the dilapidated houses and reduce the amount into <br />the landfill by fifty -five percent (55%) or -a savings of <br />$22,502.08. <br />We expect to complete this project in a nine (9) month period. <br />8 '. <br />
