II. <br />THAT Deanne Loughmiller, County Judge, be, and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute an Agreement on behalf of the <br />County of Lamar, Texas, as a member participant in the Regional <br />Controlled Substance Apprehension Program, and such other documents <br />necessary for the implementation and completion of said project. <br />III. <br />THAT this Resolution and Agreement will be subject to review <br />on the anniversary date of June 1 of each year at which time the <br />County will remain a member of the Regional Controlled Substance <br />Apprehension Program or may withdraw by Resolution. <br />Presented and passe on the<=2S'-91 day of FbrU4r '_, <br />1954, by a vote of ayes and O nays at a regular <br />meeting of the Commissioners' Court for Lamar County, Texas. <br />
