901 <br />is to be funded by 75% federal funds and 25% local matching funds pro -rated among <br />participants, with those matching funds due from Fannin County in an amount not <br />to exceed $ 30,000.00 at the end of the fiscal year, to -merit: May 31, 1995; <br />and <br />WAS, the County of Fannin and other approving law enforcement agencies <br />have indicated their desire to participate in and be a part of a cooperative <br />investigative effort designated as Regional Controlled substance Apprehension <br />Pry; <br />BE IT R13SMVED BY THE CCKff SICtWSI COURT EM THE COUNTY OF FlAMIN, TEXAS: <br />I. <br />TEAT the County Judge of Fannin County, Texas, be and he is hereby <br />authorized to execute an Agreement on behalf of Fannin County, as a member <br />participant in the Regional. Controlled Substance Apprehension Program. <br />II. <br />MMT an application be made to the Texas Narcotics Control Program, Office <br />of the Governor Criminal Justice Division, for a Texas Narcotics Control Program, <br />1993 Grant, and if such application for grant assistance is approved, the project <br />is to be fumed by 75% federal funds and 25% local funds with the matching funds <br />to be pro -rated among participants with those matching funds due from Fannin <br />County in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00 at the end of the fiscal year, <br />t�o-wit: May 31, 1995. <br />MAT Jimmy L. Doyle, Fannin County Judge, be, and he is hereby appointed <br />as the Authorized Official of said project and is authorized and directed to <br />execute on behalf of Fannin County, Texas, such documents necessary for the <br />implementation and cazpletion of said project. <br />IV. <br />TEAT Talmage Moore, Sheriff of Fannin County, be,' and he is hereby <br />appointed as Project Director and is hereby authorized to execute and deliver on <br />behalf of Fannin County, Texas, all reports, camunications, assurances, and <br />documents necessary for the implementation and caipletion of said project. <br />V. <br />THAT Kathleen M. Noss, Fannin County Auditor, be and she is hereby <br />appointed as Financial Officer and is hereby authorized to receive and distribute <br />funds for purposes of said project. <br />
