934 <br />3 <br />Dwelling District (2F) to an Office District (0) on Lot 11, Block <br />1, Central Park Addition located at 860 E. Austin Street. <br />Lonnie Dear spoke for the petition saying the Hospital had <br />purchased the house and planned to use it as is for offices for two <br />departments of the hospital. <br />There was no one present in opposition and the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />A motion was made by Mr. Clifford, seconded by Mr. Yates to <br />recommend approval. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mr. Fendley rejoined the meeting at this time. <br />Chairman Hayter asked to be excused from discussion of items 7,8,9 <br />and 10 due to conflict of interest and Mr. Clifford ask to be <br />excused from discussion of items 7,9, and 10. They were excused on <br />a motion by Mr. Fendley, seconded by Mr. Rent. <br />Chairman Hayter requested Mr. McCarthy to chair the meeting for the <br />next four items. <br />The Final Plat of Oak Creek Phase IV was recommended for approval <br />on a motion by Mr. Fendley, seconded by Mr. Yates subject to the <br />requirements of the City Engineer in Memorandum dated March 7, <br />1994, Marked Exhibit A and attached hereto. The motion carried 6 <br />ayes, 0 nays. - <br />The Final Plat of the Jackson Court Site for the Paris Housing <br />Authority was recommended for approval on a motion by Mr. Clifford, <br />seconded by Mr. Kent subject to the requirements of the City <br />Engineer in Memorandum dated March 7, 1994, Marked Exhibit B and <br />attached hereto. The motion carried 7 ayes, b nays. <br />The Revised Master Plat for the Oak Creek Development was <br />recommended for approval on a motion by Mr. Fendley, seconded by <br />Mr. Yates subject to the requirements in City Engineer's Memorandum <br />dated March 7, 1994, Marked Exhibit C and attached hereto. The <br />motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />The Preliminary Plat of Oak Creek Phase V was recommended for <br />approval on a motion by Mr. Fendley, seconded by Mr. Yates subject <br />to the requirements of the City Engineer in Memorandum dated March <br />7, 1994 marked Exhibit D and attached hereto. The motion carried <br />6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Chairman Hayter and Mr. Clifford rejoined the meeting at this time <br />and there being no further business to consider, the meeting was <br />adjourned. <br />f>. <br />oe N.
