At this time Mayor Fisher asked Councilman Bell if he would like to resign from the Council. Councilman Bell answer no, that he has had too many people calling him and voicing support. Councilman Bell said that at some point he could not tell the Council that he would would not consider a resignation, but not at this point, he felt it was in the best interest of his continuants, he was representing 7,000 people, and the vast majority of the call he has received were in support of this matter.
