038 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94 -026 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did, on the 10th day <br />of March, 1994, in Resolution No. 94 -018, declare certain property to be surplus <br />and authorize the execution of a contract for auction of the same; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Paris has been furnished an additional list of <br />personal property, attached hereto as Exhibit A, which no longer serves a useful <br />purpose for the City of Paris and its operation, and it would be appropriate that <br />said personal property be declared surplus property; and, <br />WHEREAS, it would be appropriate to add said surplus property to the <br />list of items to be auctioned on April 16, 1994; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the personal property described in Exhibit A be, and the same is <br />hereby, declared to be surplus property of the City of Paris and the same may be <br />added to the list of property to be auctioned on April 16, 1994, in accordance <br />with the laws of the State of Texas and the Charter of the City of Paris. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED on this l lth day of April, 1994. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mattie Cunningham, City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />T.
