<br />WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City Council of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, that the hereinafter named structures are in an unsafe and dilapidated condition and
<br />constitute a fire hazard and a hazard to the life and welfare of the inhabitants of the area, and
<br />the City Council has been requested to order the Building Hazard Inspection Committee to hold
<br />a hearing to determine the condition of the structures complained of, and the properties involved
<br />and the owners are as follows:
