RESOLUTION NO. WHEREAS, the term of office of the Civil Service Commission of expire on December 31, 1992; and, 93 -nn7 Eric Tate as a member of the City of Paris, will WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone, in accordance with the authority granted in Section 143.006 of the Local Government. Code, has reappointed Eric Tate for a term of three (3) years, beginning January 1, 1993, and ending December 31, 1996; and WHEREAS, it is right and proper that said appointment be confirmed, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY that the reappointment of Eric the Civil Service Commission of of three (3) years, beginning December 31, 1996, be, and the the City Council of the City of COUNCIL'OF THE CITY OF PARIS, Tate to serve as a member of the City of Paris, for a term January 1, 1993, and ending same is hereby confirmed by Paris. Hays s, City Attorney Resolution No. 93 -008, accepting the Interiocal Agreement from Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for the collection of refuse and grass control in the amount of $1,200.00 yearly, and authorizing and directing the City Manager of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the Interlocal Agreement with Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman Shelton for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays.
