RESOLUTION NO. <br />WHEREAS, the term of office of <br />the Civil Service Commission of <br />expire on December 31, 1992; and, <br />93 -nn7 <br />Eric Tate as a member of <br />the City of Paris, will <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Paris, Michael <br />E. Malone, in accordance with the authority granted in <br />Section 143.006 of the Local Government. Code, has reappointed <br />Eric Tate for a term of three (3) years, beginning January 1, <br />1993, and ending December 31, 1996; and <br />WHEREAS, it is right and proper that said appointment be <br />confirmed, NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY <br />that the reappointment of Eric <br />the Civil Service Commission of <br />of three (3) years, beginning <br />December 31, 1996, be, and the <br />the City Council of the City of <br />COUNCIL'OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />Tate to serve as a member of <br />the City of Paris, for a term <br />January 1, 1993, and ending <br />same is hereby confirmed by <br />Paris. <br />Passed and adopted this 11th day of January, 1993. <br />G,borge Fisher, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />n' <br />Mattie Cunningham, City er <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />K. Hays s, City Attorney <br />Resolution No. 93 -008, accepting the Interiocal Agreement from Texas <br />Parks and Wildlife Department for the collection of refuse and grass <br />control in the amount of $1,200.00 yearly, and authorizing and <br />directing the City Manager of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone to <br />execute on behalf of the City of Paris the Interlocal Agreement with <br />Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, was presented. A motion was made <br />by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman Shelton for approval of <br />the resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
