RESOLUTION NO. 93-003 WHEREAS, ' t_he" Texas Parks and Wildlife " ";d4artment is in need of an Interlocal Agreement for refuse collection and grass control at the Lake Gibbons boat ramp on Lake Gibbons, 0.3 miles north of FM Road .2820, 1.4 miles west of FM Road 79, the City of Paris and the City of Paris and the City Council is agreeable to provide such service; and, r"- WHEREAS, in order to furnish such services it is necessary for the City of Paris and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department to enter into an Agreement for said services; and, WHEREAS, the form of agreement for such services attached hereto as Exhibit A, should be approved, and the City Manager, Michael E. Malone, should be authorized to execute the same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the Interlocal Agreement from Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for the collection of refuse and grass control in the amount of $1,200.00 `yearly, is hereby accepted; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the Interlocal Agreement with Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for collection of refuse and grass control in the form shown in Exhibit A attached hereto.
