Box 734 <br />Paris, Texas 75460 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF PARIS, that the Building Hazard Inspection <br />Committee, composed of the City Engineer; the Chief, Paris <br />Fire Department and the Director of Community Development, <br />proceed to call a hearing to notify the owners, and, if any, <br />occupants of the property, and to notify such owners whose <br />residences are not known by publishing the same in the <br />newspaper as required by law, and after such hearing to <br />report their findings to the City Council in accordance with <br />Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the <br />City of Paris. <br />Passed and adopted this 15th day of February, 1993. <br />G rge Fisher, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mattie Cunningham, City erk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />- T. K. Hay6es, City Attorney <br />Mayor Fisher pointed out that the owner of Item No. 14, 720 -728 5th <br />Street N. E., Donald Ray Burton was deceased. <br />City Attorney Haynes said he would check with the Lamar County <br />Appraisal District regarding this matter. <br />Resolution No. 93 -019, rescheduling the Regular Monday Council meeting <br />from the second Monday of March to Monday, March 15, 1993, at 6:00 P. <br />M. and that a copy of this Resolution be placed on the City Hall <br />Bulletin Board and that the news media be informed of the change of <br />date in the same manner they are informed of emergency City Council <br />meetings, was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Shelton, <br />seconded by Councilman Burnett for approval of the resolution. The <br />motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
