RESOLUTION NO. 93 -019 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has a scheduling conflict for the March 1993, Regular City Council meeting; and, WHEREAS, it would be appropriate for the Regular Monday Council meeting in March to be postponed to Monday, March 15, 1993, at 6:00 O'clock P.M.; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the Regular Monday Council meeting scheduled for the second Monday of March be rescheduled for Monday, March 15, 1993, at 6:00 O'clock P.M. and that a copy of this Resolution be placed on the City Hall Bulletin Board and that the news media be informed of the change of date in the same manner they are informed of emergency City Council meetings. Hay s, City Attorney Resolution No. 93 -20, calling a public hearing be held by and before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris at 5:30 P. M., in the City Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on the 5th day of April, 1993, and a public hearing be held by and before the City Council of the City of Paris at 6:00 P. M. in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas on the 8th day of April, 1993, concerning the appropriate zoning for Lots 12 and 13, Smith 2nd Addition, Lots 16 and 17, City Block 251 -A, and Lots 3 and 11, City Block 251 -A, was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Shelton, seconded by Councilman Burnett for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 5 ayes, 1 nay, Councilman Bell voting nay.
