RESOLUTION NO. 90 -012 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did in <br />joint Resolution No. 89 -134, passed and adopted on the 13th <br />day of November, 1989, with the Commissioners Court of the <br />County of Lamar and the Paris -Lamar County Board of Health, <br />which recommended contracting with Agnes B. Xavier, M.D., for <br />professional medical services to be rendered through the <br />Paris -Lamar County Health Unit should be repealed; NOW <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />That joint Resolution 89 -134, which was passed and adopted by <br />the City Council of the City of Paris on the 13th day of <br />November 1989, which was never passed and adopted by the <br />County of Lamar nor the Paris -Lamar County Health Unit, be, <br />and the same is hereby repealed and held for naught. <br />Passed and adopted this 12th day of February, 1990. <br />ATTEST: <br />\ 1 l <br />Mattie Cunningham, C r <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />.
