0 _� J <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90 -013 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore pass and adopt Resolution No. 89 -133, on the 13th day <br />of November, 1989, which Resolution should be amended to <br />eliminate any reference to a Professional Medical Service <br />Contract with Agnes B. Xavier, M.D.; and, <br />WHEREAS, the County of Lamar and the City of Paris have <br />agreed to fund professional medical services being provided by <br />Physician's Assistant, Lorrin J. Scott, in accordance with <br />and in the form of the First Amended Interlocal Agreement for <br />Professional Medical Services Cost Sharing attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A, which should in all things be approved; NOW THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />That the First Amended Interlocal Agreement for Professional <br />Medical Services Cost Sharing in the form of Exhibit A attached <br />hereto, be, and the same is hereby approved. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, <br />Eric S..
