866 <br />Section 9. Hayn s, City Attorney <br />Resolution No. 90 -016 resolving that K Mart Corporation has failed to <br />perform in accordance with the terms of contract adopted in Resolution <br />No. 89 -137, and the - -City Council recommends that the second lowest <br />bidder, Kwik Kar Lube be awarded the bid, and the Mayor of the City <br />of Paris, Eric S. Clifford is authorized and directed to execute on <br />behalf of the City of Paris the contract for labor and materials for <br />servicing City of Paris vehicles with Kwik Kar Lube. A motion was made <br />by Councilman Booth, seconded by Councilman Kent for approval of the <br />resolution. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
