866 <br />Section 9. The pay of the judges and clerks of said <br />election is hereby authorized and established as follows: <br />$5.00 per hour for each judge and clerk; the election judge <br />who delivers the returns of said election immediately after <br />the votes have been counted to the proper office shall be <br />paid an additional sum of $25.00 for that service, provided <br />also, he shall make return of all election supplies not used <br />when he makes returns of such election. <br />Passed and adopted b <br />Paris in regular meeting, <br />this 12th day of February, <br />the City Council of the City of <br />at the City Hall of said City, on <br />1990. <br />Eric S. Hayn s, City Attorney <br />Resolution No. 90 -016 resolving that K Mart Corporation has failed to <br />perform in accordance with the terms of contract adopted in Resolution <br />No. 89 -137, and the - -City Council recommends that the second lowest <br />bidder, Kwik Kar Lube be awarded the bid, and the Mayor of the City <br />of Paris, Eric S. Clifford is authorized and directed to execute on <br />behalf of the City of Paris the contract for labor and materials for <br />servicing City of Paris vehicles with Kwik Kar Lube. A motion was made <br />by Councilman Booth, seconded by Councilman Kent for approval of the <br />resolution. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
