RESOLUTION NO. 90 -018 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did <br />at its regular meeting on September 18, 1989, in Ordinance <br />No. 89 -034 authorize the advertisement for bids for <br />furnishing labor, materials and equipment and performing all <br />work required for the installation of carpet at the City Hall <br />Building located at 135 1st Street S-.E., Paris,- Texas, which <br />bids were received until 3:00 o'clock P.M., Tuesday, <br />February, 6, 1990; and, <br />WHEREAS, the best bid for such carpet and installation <br />was made by Plaza Floor Covering, Paris, Texas and it should <br />be awarded the bid for such carpet and installation; and, <br />WHEREAS, the form of contract for such carpet and <br />installation project is attached hereto as Exhibit A, should <br />be approved; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the Bid of Plaza Floor Covering, for the carpet <br />and installation at the City Hall Building located at 135 1st <br />Street S.E., Paris, Texas, in the amount of $6,614.72 is <br />hereby accepted and let conditioned upon said contractor <br />meeting all of the terms and specifications included in the <br />bid documents; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of <br />Paris, Eric S.
