i <br />STATE OF TEXAS § <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR § <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />THAT, the CITY OF PARIS, Paris, Texas, a municipal <br />corporation, acting by and through its Mayor, Eric S. <br />Clifford., duly authorized, hereinafter called CITY and Plaza <br />Floor Covering, by and through its owner, John McIntyre, <br />hereinafter called PLAZA, do hereby contract and agree as <br />follows: <br />1. That PLAZA agrees to perform all labor and furnish all <br />materials for installing carpet at the City Hall Building, <br />located at,135 1st Street S.E., Paris, Texas, in accordance <br />with the specifications on Exhibit A attached hereto and made <br />a part hereof. <br />2. That PLAZA agrees to begin installation within thirty <br />(30) days from the bid opening date of February 6, 1990. <br />3. That CITY agrees upon completion of installation of <br />carpet to pay PLAZA the amount submitted in bid document, <br />said amount being $6,614.72. <br />Executed this 12th day of February, 1990. <br />CITY OF PARIS <br />ATTEST: <br />By <br />Eric S.
