J �J <br />SPECIFICATIONS <br />CARPET AND TILE FOR <br />THE PARIS POLICE DEPARTMENT - PATROL DIVISION <br />811 BONHAM STREET <br />1. The carpet specified and installed shall be a minimum of <br />26 oz., Olefin commercial grade loop carpet throughout the <br />interior of the Patrol Division and one Computer Room. It <br />shall be a medium brown in color, or an approved equal. It <br />shall have an action back. <br />2. The carpet specified for the weight room shall,. be an 18 oz. <br />Olefin-grade carpet. It shall have an action back. This <br />carpet must be blue in color. <br />3. Bid price will include all labor to move and replace any <br />furnishings. <br />.4. Bid price will also include any and all glues and labor for <br />installation of carpets and- tile. <br />5. The the specified shall be a commercial 1 /8th - 12 inch X 12 <br />inch tile, white or white /broti*n color tone. <br />6. The bid ahould also include cost and installation of four (4) <br />inch rubber base boards on every room except the weight room. <br />7. Color samples from the successful bidder shall be available for <br />City staff to review on February 13,1990. <br />8. The area to be carpeted shall be the newly remodeled portion of <br />the Police Department Building which will be known as the <br />Patrol Division, and one Computer Room, and one Weight Room.' <br />9. One entry way is to be covered in heavy duty turf, brown in <br />color. - <br />Resolution No. 90 -020 resolving that the County of Lamar is requested <br />to dedicate to public use, as a part of the platting process in the <br />development of its site plan for a jail complex, appropriate right of <br />way for the extension to the West of Hearne Street from 1st Street S. <br />W. to 3rd Street S. W., that upon request of the County of Lamar, that <br />the City of Paris would close Brown Avenue between 1st Street S. W. and <br />3rd Street S. W. and convey the abandoned right of way to the same to <br />Lamar County , was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Booth, <br />seconded by Councilman Wortham for approval of the resolution. The <br />motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
