City Manager Malone called for consideration of and action on <br />authorizing the renewal of a contract with the Chamber of Commerce to <br />manager the Hotel /Motel Occupancy Tax Fund. <br />After discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Fendley, seconded by <br />Councilman Williams authorizing the renewal of a contract with the <br />Chamber of Commerce to manage the Hotel /Motel Occupancy Tax Funds. <br />The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />A motion was made by Councilman- Wortham, seconded by Councilman Booth <br />authorizing construction of approximately 1800 feet of lift station <br />access road for the Southeast Lift Station. The motion carried 7 ayes, <br />0 nays. <br />Resolution No 90 -023 authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of <br />Paris, Eric S. Clifford, to execute the professional service contract <br />providing for auctioneering services with Blake Moore Associates to <br />dispose of surplus property of the City of Paris, was presented. A <br />motion was made by Councilman Booth, seconded by Councilman Williams <br />for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
