�yl() RESOLUTION NO. 90 -027 WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore lease 9.1 acres of land, more or less, to Midwest Video Corporation by lease dated December 12, 1980, for a term of 25 years beginning on October 1, 1980; and, WHEREAS, Texas Community Antennas, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of TCA Cable TV, Inc., successor to Cooke Cablevision, Inc., successor to McCaw Cablevision, which was a successor to Midwest Video Corporation, is desirous of subleasing space upon its tower which is erected upon said leased property; and, WHEREAS, it appears to be right and proper to grant. Texas Community Antennas, Inc., the right to sublease, with the City being paid 10% of the sublease rent; NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That Texas Community Antennas, Inc., be, and it is hereby granted permission to sublease tower space on the 9.1 acre tract of land leased from the City of Paris conditioned upon-Texas Community Antennas, Inc., paying to the, City of Paris 10% of all sublease rent received. Haynes, to offer the appraised amount for property needed for easements for the Drainage Improvements for the 1000 Block of 33rd Street, S. E. Project, was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Fendley, seconded by Councilman Booth for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays.
