RESOLUTION NO. 90 -028 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore in Resolution No. 89 -107, authorize the <br />procurement of easements for the Drainage Improvements for <br />1000 Block of 33rd Street S.E. project; and, <br />WHEREAS, the property needed for said project has been <br />appraised and it is right and proper that the City Attorney <br />offer said appraised amount to the owner of such property, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />that the City Attorney, T. K.
