MCCORMACK EASEMENT DESCRIPTION SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City - of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of lots 6 and 7, City Block 295, which was described in Deed dated April 16, 1975, from R. H. Deaton and wife, Ruth Deaton to Louis A. McCormack and wife, Lucille McCormack, recorded in Volume 567, Page 735, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the northeast corner of Lot 6, said point being the southeast corner of Lot 7; THENCE, north along the east boundary line of Lot 7 a distance of 7.5 feet to a point; THENCE, west a distance of 190 feet to a point in the east boundary line of Lovers Lane; THENCE, south along the east boundary line of said street a distance of 15 feet to a point, passing the northwest corner of Lot 6 at 7.5 feet; .THENCE, east a distance of 190 feet to a point in the east boundary line of Lot 6; THENCE, north a distance of 7.5 feet to the point of beginning containing .06 acres, more or less. EXHIBIT A Resolution No. 90 -029 approving plans and specifications for the Drainage Improvement on Big Sandy Creek Tributary No. 4 Station 109 +80 to Station 110 +98, and authorizing the advertisement for bids to be received after due notice and thereafter returned to City Council for letting, was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Booth, seconded by Councilman Fendley for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays.
