MCCORMACK EASEMENT DESCRIPTION <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City - <br />of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of lots 6 and 7, <br />City Block 295, which was described in Deed dated April <br />16, 1975, from R. H. Deaton and wife, Ruth Deaton to <br />Louis A. McCormack and wife, Lucille McCormack, <br />recorded in Volume 567, Page 735, Deed Records, Lamar <br />County, Texas, and being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point in the northeast corner of <br />Lot 6, said point being the southeast corner of Lot 7; <br />THENCE, north along the east boundary line of Lot <br />7 a distance of 7.5 feet to a point; <br />THENCE, west a distance of 190 feet to a point in <br />the east boundary line of Lovers Lane; <br />THENCE, south along the east boundary line of said <br />street a distance of 15 feet to a point, passing the <br />northwest corner of Lot 6 at 7.5 feet; <br />.THENCE, east a distance of 190 feet to a point in <br />the east boundary line of Lot 6; <br />THENCE, north a distance of 7.5 feet to the point <br />of beginning containing .06 acres, more or less. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />Resolution No. 90 -029 approving plans and specifications for the <br />Drainage Improvement on Big Sandy Creek Tributary No. 4 Station 109 +80 <br />to Station 110 +98, and authorizing the advertisement for bids to be <br />received after due notice and thereafter returned to City Council for <br />letting, was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Booth, <br />seconded by Councilman Fendley for approval of the resolution. The <br />motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
