/,5q Mr. Jim Coplin appeared before the Council requested approval of assignment of pasture lease from Kyle Clement to himself and Kelly Coplin. Mr. Coplin told the Council they were in a position to replace fences in lieu of lease payments. Mr. Coplin said the fence would have five strains of wire using metal post 12 feet apart with welded corners. Mr. Keith Bollman, 1130 North Collegiate Drive appeared before the Council requesting modification of the No Parking Zone on Collegiate Drive in the 1100 block. Mr. Bollman showed a sketch of the area in question telling the Council there was no place for visitors to park on the east side of Collegiate Drive. Mr. Bollman presented a petition from the property owners requesting the no parking signs be removed. Mayor Clifford referred this matter to the Traffic Commission for their study and recommendation. City Manager Malone called for consideration of and action on authorizing the preparation of an ordinance amending Section 6 -22 (e) of the code of ordinances providing for minimum limits of insurance for aeronautical permittees. A motion was made by Councilman Booth seconded by Councilman Wortham authorizing preparation of an ordinance providing for minimum limits of insurance for aeronautical permittees. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. ORDINANCE NO. 90 -005 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT -AUTO FUEL SALES (49) ON PART OF LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 341, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO SAM BOLTON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT -AUTO FUEL SALES (49) SO ESTABLISHED was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Booth, seconded by Councilman Davidson for adoption of the ordinance. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. City Attorney Haynes presented an ordinance amending by revising section 6 -22 (e) of code of ordinances providing for minimum limits of insurance for Aeronautical Permittees. City Attorney advised this section was being amended to comply with State, FAA Rules and Regulations along with Federal Laws, if any, for this activity. Mayor Clifford told the Council he would like to take a look at this, and called for the ordinance to be tabled. A motion was made by Councilman Booth, seconded by Councilman Wortham to table action on adopting the ordinance revising Section 6 -22 (e). The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays.
