RESOLUTION NO. 90 -007 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore in Resolution No. 90 -006 approve the execution of an <br />assignment of the Pasture Lease Agreement from Kyle Clement to <br />Jim Coplin and Kelly Coplin; and, <br />WHEREAS, the terms of the lease agreement are in need of <br />revision and an Addendum Number One to Lease Agreement dated July <br />21, 1988, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto should be <br />executed; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />That Addendum Number One to Lease Agreement dated July 21, 1988, <br />and assigned to Jim Coplin and Kelly Coplin, in the form of <br />Exhibit A attached hereto, is hereby approved. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, <br />Eric S. Clifford, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute on behalf of the City of Paris, Addendum Number One to <br />Lease Agreement dated July 21, 1988, attached hereto as Exhbiit <br />A. <br />Passed and adopted this 12th day of February, 1990. <br />Eric 9.
