ADDENDUM NUMBER ONE TO LEASE AGREEMENT <br />DATED JULY 21, 1988, ASSIGNED TO JIM <br />COPLIN AND KELLY COPLIN ON FEBRUARY 12, 1990 <br />STATE OF TEXAS § <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR § <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that this Addendum to Lease <br />Agreement, made this 12th day of February, 1990, by and between <br />Jim Coplin and Kelly Coplin, hereinafter called LESSEES, and the <br />City of Paris, Paris, Texas, acting by and through its Mayor, <br />Eric S. Clifford, duly authorized, hereinafter called LESSOR, <br />WITNESSETH: <br />It is hereby mutually agreed by LESSEES and LESSOR, that the <br />following paragraphs be amended to read as follows: <br />1. That in lieu of cash rental of $2,500.00 per year for <br />the first 3 years and $3,000.00 for the option 5 years, LESSEES <br />are willing to build one -half ( -) mile of new fence per year <br />consisting of 5 -wire barbed wire fence, steel posts 12 feet apart <br />with a.stay in between with welded metal corners.
