Mayor Clifford declared the public hearing closed, and called for <br />consideration of and action of authorizing the preparation of an <br />ordinance declaring certain structures to be hazardous and the <br />disposition. of the same. A motion was made by Councilman Booth, <br />seconded by Councilman Williams authorizing the preparation of an <br />ordinance declaring certain structures to be hazardous and the <br />disposition of same. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />ORDINANCE.NO. 89 -004 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP <br />OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF -3) <br />AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) ON LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 175 -A, <br />ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO TRAVIS GRAYSON, SO AS TO. INCLUDE THEREIN <br />TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED;AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT 'NO. 2 <br />(SF -2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF -3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) SO <br />ESTABLISHED <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Kent, seconded by <br />Councilman Fendley for adoption of the Ordinance. The motion carried 7 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 89 -005 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS PROVIDING THAT <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1710 BE AMENDED; PROVIDING FOR THE CORRECTION OF A <br />PRINTER'S ERROR BY DELETING PUBLIC HOUSING AS A PERMITTED USE IN THE <br />COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) IN PARAGRAPH 8 -101, PRIMARY RESIDENTIAL USES; <br />PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED .$2,000.00; REPEALING ALL <br />ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING <br />FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF FEBRUARY 13, 1989 <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Fendley for adoption of <br />the Ordinance. The motion was seconded by Councilman Wortham and <br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 89 -006 <br />AN ORDINANCE CLOSING THE ALLEY, BEGINNING APPROXIMATELY MIDWAY BETWEEN <br />MARGARET STREET AND HUBBARD STREET RUNNING EAST FROM 17TH STREETS. E <br />TO A POINT APPROXIMATELY 186 FEET WEST OF 19TH STREET S. E.
