The Committee declared <br />dilapidated and ordered removed within 60 days. <br />Joe McCollum, Director of Community Development told the Council that <br />he had received a letter from Stephen Lerer owner of the property at <br />2330 N. Main requesting the property be removed from consideration. <br />Mr. McCollum said major repair was needed to the roof, and also in Mr. <br />Lerer's letter insured that necessary repairs would be made. <br />2 <br />
