RESOLUTION NO. 89 -014 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council _of the City of Paris has <br />undertaken a project of construction entitled Replacement Force <br />Main for Battle's Sewage Lift Station 88- WSRB -02 -88 in accordance <br />with plans and specifications prepared by Earl Smith, City <br />Engineer of the City of Paris;-and, <br />.WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for the <br />completion of said force main replacement project are shown on <br />Exhibit A attached hereto; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the. above described <br />utility easements are necessary for said improvement project and <br />that the same should be condemned; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the above described <br />property to be used for construction of Replacement Force Main <br />for Battle's Sewage Lift Station 88- WSRB- 02 -88. <br />Passed and adopted this 13th day of.February, 1989. <br />— r-- - '7"', �- L/ - <br />Eric .
