ANDREW FASKIN <br />25 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT <br />Situated on Northwest Loop 286 in the City of-Paris, County of <br />Lamar, State of Texas; <br />Being a part of the John Herrington Survey No. 436, a parcel of <br />land conveyed to F. Andrew Faskin from J. E. Howard and M. S. Kimbell <br />as recorded in Book 640 Page 776 of the Lamar County Deed Records, and <br />being described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point for a corner in the North Boundary Line of <br />said Northwest Loop 286, said point also being in the West Boundary <br />Line of said John Herrington Survey; <br />Thence North.along the West Boundary Line of said tract a <br />distance of 21.8 feet to a point for a corner; <br />Thence North 660 30' East a distance of 427.14 feet to a point in <br />the East Boundary Line of said tract; <br />Thence South 00 20' West a distance of 21.87'feet along said East <br />Boundary Line of said tract to the Southeast corner; <br />Thence South 660 30' West a distance,of 427 feet along the North ' <br />Boundary Line of said Northwest Loop to the point of beginning, <br />—' containing 0.25 acres, more or less. <br />The purpose of this easement being to convey a 25 foot strip of <br />land along the South Boundary Line of the Faskin property for <br />placement and maintenance of a sanitary sewer line. <br />FASKIN.EAS <br />i <br />I <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
