- 886 <br />GENERAL FOAM PRODUCTS <br />25 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT <br />Situated on the Northwest Loop 286 in the City of Paris, County <br />of Lamar, -State of Texas; <br />Being a part of the Joseph Ames survey #28, a part of a 25.85 <br />acre tract of land conveyed to General Foam Plastics Corporation from <br />Munsingwear Inc., as recorded in Deed 681 Page 358 of the Lamar County <br />Deed Records; <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of said property, said point <br />being in the North Boundary Line of Northwest Loop 286 Hwy; <br />Thence along the North Boundary Line of said highway on the <br />following calis: <br />N 660 51' East a distance of 1316.4 feet to a concrete monument, <br />N 570 40' East a distance of 570.3 feet to an iron pin, North 110 21' <br />West a distance of 29.16 feet to a point for a corner; <br />Thence South 570 40' West a distance of 606 feet to a point for a <br />corner; <br />Thence So.ut -h 660 51' West a distance of 1276.9 feet to a point <br />for a corner in the hest property line of said 25.85 acre tract; <br />Thence South 00 51' West a distance of 25 feet along said West <br />property line to the point of beginning containing 1.05 acres, more or <br />less. <br />The purpose of this easement being to convey a 25 foot strip of <br />land along the South Boundary tine of General Foam Products property <br />for placement and maintenance of a sanitary sewer line. <br />GFP.EAS <br />Resolution No. 89 -015 resolving that Johnson Park, located at Johnson <br />Street between 12 th Street N. A motion was made by <br />Councilman Wortham, seconded by Councilman Williams for approval of the <br />Resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
