TEXAS 75460 CHANGE ORDER # <br />PROJECT TITLE Additions to the Water Treatment Plant <br />PROJECT NO: 82.10 CONTRACT NO. 15 -82 -10 -0340 CONTRACT DATE 1/13/86 <br />CONTRACTOR_ Heritage Constructors, Inc. <br />The following changes are hereby made to the Contract Documents: <br />CHANGE TO CONTRACT PRICE <br />1. Original Contract Price: <br />For adjustment to the contract price by the <br />difference between the total bid allowances <br />of $780,000.00 and the total actual bid prices <br />for the approved proposals for items as described <br />in Sections M -1, M -5, M -9 and M -10 of the Contract <br />Specifications. <br />$ 3,039,940.00 <br />Contract Price will be decreased by: 32,097.00 <br />2. A motion <br />was made by Councilman Folmar, seconded by Councilman Hoog for adoption <br />of the Resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
