0174 <br />S. J. Newsom, 2210 19th N. W. appeared before the Council requesting <br />sewer service and presented a petition from property owners in the <br />area. Mr. Newsom told the Council that there was over flow of sewer at <br />2220 19th N. W. and presented pictures to the Council of the problem. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 86 -012 <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A NEW MAIN LINE EXTENSION RATE APPLICABLE TO <br />MAIN LINE EXTENSIONS BY LONE STAR GAS COMPANY WITHIN THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />LAMAR COUNTY, TEXAS, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JUNE 20, <br />1986, <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Francis, seconded by <br />Councilman Wortham for adoption of the Ordinance. The motion carried 7 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 86 -047 approving the Plans and Specifications for the <br />Paris Public Library Improvements subject to the review and approval of <br />the Engineering Department of the City of Paris, and after review and <br />approval of the Plans and Specifications by the City of Paris <br />Engineering Department authorizing the advertisement of bids to be <br />received was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Folmar, <br />seconded by Councilman Hoog for adoption of the Resolution. The motion <br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />G <br />I� <br />
