02-1 J <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86 -054 <br />WHEREAS, there exists two vacancies on the membership <br />of the Animal Advisory Board, and it is necessary to fill <br />these vacancies, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy <br />Joe Burnett, having appointed Cathie Spearman Swaim and <br />Mildred Ingram to serve on said Animal Advisory Board, and <br />has submitted the names of such persons to the City Council <br />of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: That the appointments of Cathie Spearman Swaim and <br />Mildred Ingram, as members of the Animal Advisory Board, to <br />serve for a term of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1986, <br />and ending June 30, 1988, be, and the same are hereby <br />approved and confirmed by the City Council of the City of <br />Paris. <br />Passed and adopted this 9th day of June, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />Billy e Burnett, Mayor <br />L111 <br />M mi-a MN-M I L - � M1_ <br />APPROVED AS TO ORM <br />K. ay es, y Attorney <br />Resolution No, 86 -OSS reappointing Cathie Spearman Swaim, Bob <br />Burns and David Denney, and appointing Jeff Hoog to serve as members of <br />the Architectural Preservation Committee of the City of Faris for a <br />term of two years beginning July 1, 1986, and ending June 30, 1988 was <br />presented. A motion was made by Councilman Hoog, seconded by <br />Councilman Francis for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried <br />7 ayes, 0 nays, <br />
