0216 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86 -055 <br />WHEREAS, the.terms of office of Cathie Spearman Swaim, <br />Bob Burns, Nathan Bell and David Denney as members of the <br />Architectural Preservation Committee of the City of Paris, <br />will expire on June 30, 1986; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe <br />Burnett, does hereby recommend the re- appointments of Cathie <br />Spearman Swaim, Bob Burns and David_ Denney, and the <br />appointment of Jeff Hoog for a term of two (2) years, <br />beginning July 1, 1986, and ending June 30, 1988; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the re- appointment of Cathie Spearman Swaim, Bob <br />Burns and David Denney, and the appointment of Jeff Hoog to <br />serve as members of the Architectural Preservation Committee <br />of the City of Paris, for a term of two (2) years, beginning <br />July 1, 1986, and ending June 30, 1988, be, and the same are <br />hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council of the <br />City of Paris. <br />Passed and adopted this 9th day of June, 1986. <br />-,-Burnett, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />T. Hayne , City Attorney <br />Resolution No. 86 -056 appointing William (Bill) Bone as a member of the <br />Board of Directors of ArK -Tex Council of Governments, to serve until <br />his successor is duly qualified or installed, or until he becomes <br />disqualified to serve was presented. A motion was made by Councilman <br />Hoog, seconded by Councilman Francis for adoption of the Resolution. <br />The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
