0210' <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86 -057 <br />WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Band Commission of the <br />City of Paris, due to the death of Cecil Mackin, and the <br />Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe Burnett, having <br />appointed James M. Brunette to serve the remainder of the <br />term which began on July 1, 1985, and ends June 30, 1987, <br />and has submitted the name of such person to the City <br />Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT_ RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: That the appointment of James M.
