Mayor Burnett called for proponents to appear and Garry Nash, owner of the property appeared before the Council and stated that his site plan calls for the construction of a Fletchers Corney Dog Restaurant on the east side of the lot, that it would be a drive through facility with parking in the rear. Mr. Nash advised that a security fence and screening fence would be installed on three sides of the lot. Mayor Burnett called for opponents to appear, there being no one in opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. A motion was made by Councilman Hoog, seconded by Councilman Wortham for approval of the Site Plan subject to the requirements of the City Engineer. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. Mayor Burnett declared the public hearing open on the petition of Larry Berry for a change in zoning from a One- Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) to a Neighborhood Service District (NS) on Lot 9, Block 5, Colonial Addition located at 1760 W. Shiloh Street.
