27 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86 -008 <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Ozie Mae Battle, Bruce <br />McMonigle, Dorothy Smith and Bill Davidson as members of the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, did <br />expire on December 31, 1985; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, <br />Jr., does hereby recommend the re- appointment of Ozie Mae <br />j Battle, Bruce McMonigle, Dorothy Smith and Bill Davidson, <br />for a term of three (3) years, beginning January. 1, 1986, <br />and ending December 31, 1988; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the re- appointment of Ozie Mae Battle, Bruce <br />McMonigle, Dorothy Smith and Bill. Davidson, to serve as <br />members of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of <br />Paris, for a term of three (3) years, beginning January 1, <br />1986, and ending December 31, 1988, be, and the same are <br />hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council of the <br />City of Paris. <br />Passed and adopted this 13th day of January, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mattie Cunningham, C1,ty Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />. <br />K-. Haynes, City Attorney <br />Resolution No. 86 -009 amending Resolution No. 85 -079 authorizing and <br />directing the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes to proceed to condemn certain <br />property to be used for the Collegiate Drive Improvement Project from <br />Loop 286 N. E. South to Lamar Ave was presented. A motion was made by <br />Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman Wilson for adoption of the <br />Resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
