RESOLUTION NO. 86 -009 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore on the 9th day of September, 1985 pass and adopt Resolution No. 85 -079 authorize the procurement 0C 1 Right -of -way and temporary easements for a project of construction of a 45 foot paved street, measured from back to back of conrete curb with related facilities, utilities and other appurtenances on Collegiate Drive described in two segments, the first segment being from a point approximately 70 feet South of the center line of the South lane of Loop 286 N. E., Southerly 460.2 feet to the North boundary line of Lot 2, Block 3, Town North Estates; and the second segment being from a point approximately 5 feet North of the South property line of Lot 20, Block 2 Town North Estates, Southerly 2939 feet to the North edge of the pavement of Lamar Ave.; and, WHEREAS, the relocation of portions of the project has necessitated that Parcel No's 5, 25, 25 T -E, 26, 26 T -E, 27, 28 and 28 T -E which appeared as Exhibit No's 5, 25, 26, 27, 28, 39, 40 and 41 to said Resolution No. 85 -079 be amended to read as they are shown in Exhibit A attached hereto; and, WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above described parcels for Right -of -Way and temporary easements as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto are necessary for said improvement project and that the same should be condemned; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto to be used for Collegiate Drive Improvement project from Loop 286 N.
