29'3. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86 -074 <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Paris has <br />furnished to the City Council at special session convened on <br />the 28th day of July, 1986, the% City Manager's proposed <br />budget as directed by Section-45 of the Charter; and, <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 50 of the Charter, <br />a public hearing must be held giving all interested persons <br />1 ! an opportunity to be heard for or against any item or the <br />amount of any.item therein contained; and, <br />WHEREAS, an appropriate time for said public hearing is <br />found to be August 12, 1986; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That a public hearing is called for the 12th day of <br />August, 1986, at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, <br />City Hall, for the purpose of hearing written and oral <br />comment from the citizens of the City of Paris concerning <br />the City Managers proposed annual budget for fiscal year <br />1986 -87.; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of the City <br />of Paris publish notice of said public hearing setting forth <br />the time and place of said public hearing at least five (5) <br />days prior to such public hearing. <br />Passed and adopted this 28th day of July, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />'O . - Burnett, Mayor <br />attie Cunningham, City 'Clerk <br />AS <br />r <br />aynes, City Attorney <br />
