. 29J RESOLUTION NO. 86 -075 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore on the 9th day of September, 1985 pass and adopt Resolution No. 85 -079 authorizing the procurement of Right - of -way and temporary easements for a project of construction of a 45 foot paved street, measured from back to back of concrete curb with related facilities, utilities and other appurtenances on Collegiate Drive described in two segments, the first segment being from a point approximately 70 feet South of the center line of the South lane of Loop 286 N. E., Southerly 460.2 feet to the North boundary line of Lot 2, Block 3, Town North Estates; and the second segment being from a point approximately 5 feet North of the South pro- perty line of Lot 20, Block 2, Town North Estates, Southerly 2939 feet to the North edge of the pavement of Lamar Ave. ; and, WHEREAS, the owners of Lot 5, Block 8, Springlake Addition to the City of Paris being Parcel 22 of said project are desirous of selling their entire parcel of property at the appraised value of $7,500.00 instead of just the portion required for right -of -way and temporary easement; and, WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Paris to accept such offer; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY PARIS, That the offer of 1_ sell for $7,500.00, Lot ' the City of Paris for th e things accepted. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Jonnie Oates and Patsy Bernard to 5, Block 8, Springlake Addition to appraised value be and is in all Passed and adopted this 28th day of July, 1986.
