The motion was seconded by <br />r-- <br />Councilman Hoog and carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Burnett called for the tabulations of bids for a contract for the <br />Library Improvement Project, and called for action on a Resolution <br />authorizing a contract. <br />William M. Lightfoot, Architect appeared before the Council and <br />presented bids received at a public bid opening, and recommended the <br />low bid of Audley Moore Company in the amount of $690,000.00. <br />Resolution No. 86 -077 authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute a <br />contract on behalf of the City of Paris for the Paris Public Library <br />Improvements with the Audley Moore Company was presented.
