QUIT CLAIM OF PERSONAL PROPERTY <br />STATE OF TEXAS § <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR § <br />5-5 <br />THAT, the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, acting by and <br />through its Mayor, George Fisher, Jr., duly authorized, in <br />consideration of the conveyance of Lot 3, City Block 178, to <br />the City of Paris by Joe B. Bills and Nannie Leona Bills, <br />and the relinquishment of any possessory right of Gary L. <br />McEntyre, which is released by the acceptance of this Quit <br />j Claim of Personal. Property, does hereby release and Quit <br />Claim to the said Gary L. McEntyre, all right, title and <br />interest in and to all furnishings and fixtures removed by <br />the said Gary L. McEntyre on or before March 15, 1986, from <br />the restaurant store building being No's 319 and 323 S.W. <br />lst Street located on Lot 3, City Block 178, within the <br />corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas. <br />Being expressly agreed and understood that the said <br />Gary L. Haynes, City Attorney <br />Resolution No. 86 -.016 amending Resolution No. <br />86 -011 calling for a <br />public hearing to be held on February 13, 1986 for the purpose of <br />determining whether or not a pro rata project for additional water <br />pressure and service to the area bounded on the south by Loop 286, on <br />the east by Stillhouse Rd, on the north t . by City or <br />the west by North Main Street was presented. A motion was made by <br />Councilman Burnett, seconded by Councilman Williams for adoption of the <br />Resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
