QUIT CLAIM OF PERSONAL PROPERTY STATE OF TEXAS § KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF LAMAR § 5-5 THAT, the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, acting by and through its Mayor, George Fisher, Jr., duly authorized, in consideration of the conveyance of Lot 3, City Block 178, to the City of Paris by Joe B. Bills and Nannie Leona Bills, and the relinquishment of any possessory right of Gary L. McEntyre, which is released by the acceptance of this Quit j Claim of Personal. Property, does hereby release and Quit Claim to the said Gary L. McEntyre, all right, title and interest in and to all furnishings and fixtures removed by the said Gary L. McEntyre on or before March 15, 1986, from the restaurant store building being No's 319 and 323 S.W. lst Street located on Lot 3, City Block 178, within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas. Being expressly agreed and understood that the said Gary L. McEntyre is authorized to attach hereto as Exhibit A a list of such furnishings and fixtures being so removed. Haynes, City Attorney Resolution No. 86 -.016 amending Resolution No. 86 -011 calling for a public hearing to be held on February 13, 1986 for the purpose of determining whether or not a pro rata project for additional water pressure and service to the area bounded on the south by Loop 286, on the east by Stillhouse Rd, on the north t . by City or the west by North Main Street was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Burnett, seconded by Councilman Williams for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. EXHIBIT A
