5 �,:) RESOLUTION NO. 86 -016 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore on January 13, 1986, pass Resolution No. 86 -011, which called for a public hearing to be held on February 13, 1986, for the purpose of determining whether or not a pro rata project for additional water pressure and service to the area bounded on the south by Loop 286, on the east by Stillhouse Road, on the north by the City Limit line and on the west by North Main Street, which could be best served by a pro rata water extension beginning at Clement Road and Fitzhugh Avenue, running northerly with said Fitzhugh Avenue ( Stillhouse Road) to Loop 286 N.E.; thence in a westerly direction with said Loop 286 to an existing casing; thence under Loop 286 through the existing casing to an existing 10" main, containing approximately 3,400 linear feet of 10" P.V.C. water main line, should be approved; and, WHEREAS, proper notice to the adjacent property owners and area to be served by said water main extension has not been given and such hearing should be reset for Monday, March 24, 19.86, at 5:15 P.M., in order that proper notice can be given; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the public hearing heretofore scheduled for February 13, 1986, in Resolution No. 86 -011, be and the same is hereby reset to be held by and before the City Council of the City of Paris in special session convened on Monday, March 24, 1986, at 5:15 P.M., in the City Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, at which time the matter of a 10" water main pro rata extension from Clement Road's intersection with Fitzhugh Avenue (St_illhouse Road) northeasterly to Loop 286; thence northwesterly to the existing casing under Loop 286 N.E.; thence northeasterly under Loop 286 through said casing to an existing 10" water main will be heard.
